Captain D.E.P. George. R N.

Captain George left Wiltshire  to inherit HMS Danae
in steamy Hong Kong.  After an eventful Far East leg
Danae commenced the long voyage home.
Captain George wrote
“I have enjoyed every moment in Danae and the greatest factor
Has always been a most remarkable Ships Company:
One that I shall never forget.”

Captain George retired to and died in Scotland. R.I.P.
