Bob Joined the Royal Navy 1960, where he trained as a Stores
Assistant
His Drafts included...............
Orion, Adamant. Tiger. Danae. Fearless It was at HMS. Raleigh
Where he finished  his naval service in  1980 as a Leading Stores
Assistant.
After leaving the  Royal Navy he worked on the railways
For 13 years and retired in 1993.
Sadly Bob died suddenly on the 1st of July 2005.
He leaves behind wife Pat, son Robert his wife Vicky
And 3 grand daughters whom he adored.
We were fortunate to have Bobs company at the
Reunion in April 2005. He was a genuine person who
Wouldn’t do any one  a bad turn.
Bob will be sadly  missed by all  his shipmates. R.I.P.
