Starters:-

Melba Toast

3. Trio of Melon, a selection of water, galia and honeydew melon finished with
tropical mango coulis

Main Course:-
1. Fillet of Salmon, over baked salmon fillet accompanied with a creamy dill sauch

2. Chicken breast, succulent chicken wrapped in bacon and served with a
Stilton and Cream Sauce

3. Roast Beef, served traditionally with Yorkshire Pudding


4. Individual Vegetable Tartlets, a combination of Butternut squash, Feta Cheese
And fresh Spinach with a spicy Tomato Salsa

Sweet Course:-
1. Chocolate Orange profiteroles, chocolate coated profiteroles, filled with orange
Cream and served with a chantilly cream

2. Traditional Apple pie, Home made apple pie served with vanilla Custard

3. Cheesecake, Biscuit based, authentically made cheesecake topped with a Black
Cherry glaze and chantilly cream


Freshly Brewed Tea or Coffee Served with Mints to follow

Intend to have two guest beers on sale priced between £2.60 and £2.80 a pint.

House wine will be priced at £10 per bottle
